Blue Rapids Church Tour

The Blue Rapids Museum is proud to offer a guided tour of each church in Blue Rapids. The tour will be a springboard for the museum’s upcoming display on church history which will run from Jan. 1 to April 30.
Please join us at the Blue Rapids Museum, #36 Public Square, at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec.28, 2011. Participants will be bussed to each location. The event is free and open to the public.
A church member will greet us at each stop and provide information about the church’s history, future plans and events. We will start with a peek into the Latter Day Saints Church and then cross the street to the Methodist Church, New Hope office, Presbyterian, Episcopal, Baptist and Catholic churches. Following the tour, the bus will return to the museum for refreshments.
Your attendance at this event will help the museum meet the goal of 1,000 visitors in 2011.
