I’m trnascrining a few dozen letters posted back to Vermont from 1870 to about 1875, (besides pleas for VT news) most talk about the development of the town, its buildings, quality of surrounding lands, and news of various families there. Correspondents are nephews of W. Hampton Goodwin who had a law practice there — Matthews and Goodwin Real Estate and Insurance Agents. Let me know if this would excite you.
